9. Other Notes A. Impurities : As, Sb, Sn should be expected to not exceed 0.25% in total. All other elements should be each 0.10% max, with the exception of Fe.
Unless contracted at the time of negotiation, other elements above do not give Buyer right to reject and may only form the basis for further discussion in the event material assays outside of these maximum levels.
B. Sampling and assaying: Members are recommended to have material 40% min. sampled and assayed upon first arrival of material into warehouse by an MMTA approved sampler/assayer and pass on the findings upon onward release. In such event a global independent certificate shall be accepted as long as the sampled lot size does not exceed 20 MT
