  Unless contracted at the time of negotiation, other elements do not give Buyer right to reject and may only form the basis for further discussion in the event material assays outside of these maximum levels.
4. Form Ingots, normally not to exceed 15 KG, or granules.
5. Packaging Drums with uniform net weights per lot, usually 250 KG each or 500 KG.
6. Lot Size & Tolerance 1 MT (+/- 2%)
7. Documentation Standard documentation, as per MMTA Consolidated Regulations and an original or copy Russian/C.I.S. Global Analysis Certificate and/or Independent Global Analysis Certificate - the latter accompanied by a related representative sampling report, both having been issued by an Association listed independent sworn sampler/assayer, shall be an integral part of the contract.
8. Weighing & Sampling As per MMTA Consolidated Regulations.
9. Other Notes Original producer packing can be of particular importance; close attention should be paid to the MMTA regulations relating to the resealing of damaged drums, or repacking of drums no longer suitable for onward transit by the holding warehouse.
